Services Description

Authenticelegant provides interior decoration consultation, design planning, furniture sourcing, and space styling services. Our services are available to residential and commercial clients in Greater Manchester and surrounding areas.

Booking and Payment

When you book our interior decoration services:

• A deposit may be required to secure your consultation or project slot
• Payment terms will be outlined in your project proposal
• Prices are quoted in British Pounds and include VAT where applicable
• Additional costs for materials, furniture, or third-party services will be itemised separately

Project Specifications

All design work is based on information and measurements provided by or verified with the client. Authenticelegant takes reasonable care to ensure accuracy but is not liable for issues arising from incorrect information provided by the client.

Intellectual Property

All design concepts, mood boards, and plans created by Authenticelegant remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, you receive a license to implement the designs in your specified space only.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information about their spaces and requirements
• Grant reasonable access to project sites when required
• Make timely decisions on design approvals to maintain project schedules
• Communicate any changes to requirements promptly

Your Statutory Rights

If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms of Use affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable UK law. You have rights in relation to goods and services that cannot be excluded or limited by contract, including the right to receive services with reasonable care and skill and goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.

Limitation of Liability

Subject to your statutory rights and to the extent permitted by law: Authenticelegant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of England and Wales.

Website Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not:

• Use the website in any way that breaches applicable laws

Changes to Terms
